Privacy Policy

What we collect, what we don't, and what happens to anything you send us.

The short version

You can browse this entire website without telling us anything about yourself. We don’t ask you to make an account, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t sell information about anyone. The only details we ever get are the ones you deliberately send us — when you email us, call us, or hand us a credit application.

Browsing the site

Our website is made of static files. There’s no database behind it and no account system. Looking at trucks, filtering the inventory, or reading any page here creates no record that identifies you.

Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs — the routine technical record every web host produces. We use those only to keep the site online and working. We don’t use them to build a profile of you and we don’t try to connect them to your name.

We don’t use analytics services, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools on this site.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If your browser stores anything from us, it’s only what the site needs to display pages properly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings any time. On a site like this one, doing so won’t break anything.

When you contact us

Our contact, sell-your-truck, and truck-inquiry forms don’t submit to a server. They open your own email program with the message filled in, and you send it from your own account. We receive your message the same way we’d receive any other email — nothing passes through this website.

We use what you send to answer you and to do business with you. That’s all. Emails and voicemails stay in our normal business systems, and we keep them as long as we need them for the sale, our records, and whatever tax or law requires.

We don’t add people to marketing lists. Email us about a truck and you’ll hear back about that truck, not a newsletter.

Credit applications

The credit application on this site works differently from most, and it’s worth explaining because it’s better for you.

Everything you type stays in your own web browser. It isn’t sent to us as you type and it isn’t saved on any server — ours or anyone else’s. When you finish, the PDF is created on your own computer. Close the page before finishing and what you entered is simply gone.

Nothing reaches us until you choose to send it. You attach the finished PDF to an email and send it from your own account, or you print it and hand it to us. Your Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, and bank details never travel through this website.

Once you do send us a completed application, we treat it as confidential business paperwork. To arrange financing we pass it to lenders, and those lenders will check your credit and verify what you’ve told them — that’s the point of applying, and the authorization you sign on the form explains it. We don’t hand your application to anyone else.

Who else sees your information

We don’t sell, rent, trade, or license anyone’s personal information. No exceptions and no fine print under that.

We share what you send us only in these situations:

  • Lenders, when you’ve applied for financing and asked us to arrange it.
  • People who work for us, when they need it to do their job — sell you the truck, arrange the loan, answer your question.
  • When the law requires it, such as a subpoena, a court order, or the paperwork that goes with titling and registering a vehicle.

Keeping things secure

We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. The honest caveat every business has to make: no method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, and we can’t promise otherwise.

A practical note — regular email isn’t encrypted. If you’re sending something sensitive like a completed credit application, bringing it in or handing us a printed copy is the safest route. Call us and we’ll tell you the best way to get it to us.

Children

This site sells commercial trucks and isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

Because we don’t track you or keep accounts, there usually isn’t much of yours for us to hold in the first place. If you’ve emailed us or given us an application and you want to know what we have, want it corrected, or want it deleted — just ask. Depending on where you live you may have a formal legal right to those things; we handle the request either way.

One limit worth naming honestly: if you ask us to delete a credit application while a loan is in progress, we may not be able to finish arranging your financing, and lenders keep their own records under rules we don’t control.

Other sites we link to

We link out to places like lender application pages and map services. Once you follow a link off our site you’re on someone else’s, and their privacy policy applies. We can’t control how those companies handle your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Questions

Ask us. We’d rather answer than have you wonder.
