Terms & Conditions
The rules for using TMR Truck Sales's website.
Agreement
This page covers the rules for using this website. Using the site means you agree to them. If you don’t agree, the only real ask we have is that you not use the site — nothing here restricts your ability to call us or visit the lot instead.
These terms are separate from any contract you sign when you actually buy a truck. That’s a paper agreement between you and us, made in person or over the phone — this page only covers the website.
What this site is
This website lists our current inventory and gives you ways to reach us. You can browse trucks, filter by make, price, and mileage, and fill out a credit application or a contact form.
Nothing on this site is a completed sale.We don’t take payments, deposits, or reservations online, and nothing you do on this website legally commits you or us to a transaction. A truck sale happens on paper, at the dealership, with a real signature.
Vehicle listings
We try to keep the specs, mileage, price, and photos for each truck accurate and current. Even so, listings can contain honest mistakes, and a truck can sell or its price can change between when a page was built and when you’re looking at it. If something on the site turns out to be wrong, the truck itself — not the listing — is what controls.
“Call for Price” means exactly that: call us, and we’ll give you a current number. Prices shown elsewhere don’t include tax, title, license, or documentation fees unless the listing says otherwise.
Availability isn’t guaranteed until you’ve confirmed it with us directly. A truck marked available on the site can sell before we get a chance to update the page.
Financing and credit applications
Any financing terms, down payment ranges, or approval timelines discussed on this site are general information, not a commitment to lend and not a guarantee of approval. Actual terms depend on your credit, the lender, and the truck, and are subject to credit approval.
The credit application on this site generates a document for you to send us — it doesn’t submit an application to a lender by itself. Submitting it is the start of a conversation, not an approval, and not a contract.
Sales are “as-is” unless we say otherwise in writing
Used commercial trucks are sold as-is unless a specific written warranty is part of your purchase agreement. Nothing on this website — including the Warranties page — is itself a warranty. A warranty exists only when it’s written into your purchase paperwork.
[TODO: if your state requires a specific as-is disclosure statement or a Buyer’s Guide on used vehicles, that requirement lives in your sale paperwork and window sticker, not this page — but check with a lawyer that this section doesn’t need to say more for your state.]
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Try to copy, scrape, or republish the inventory data in bulk
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation
- Submit false information on the credit application or contact forms
- Attempt to access any part of the site not intended for public use
Ownership of the site's content
The text, layout, photos, and design of this website belong to TMR Truck Sales, except where a photo or piece of content is credited to someone else. You’re welcome to link to this site or share a listing. Copying our content wholesale onto another site isn’t.
Third-party links
Some pages link to services we don’t run — a lender’s application portal, a map service, our social media pages. Once you’re on one of those, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We’re not responsible for what happens on someone else’s website.
No guarantees about the site itself
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of the odd typo. If the site is down or wrong about something, the fix is the same either way: call us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TMR Truck Salesisn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — things like a listing being out of date, a form not submitting the way you expected, or the site being temporarily unavailable. This doesn’t limit anything related to an actual vehicle purchase, which is governed by your separate purchase agreement, not this page.
Changes to these terms
We can update this page as the site changes. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
